Spent the week bringing Mini back in to work after a 5 week break, super excited to ride her this weekend - only to get up to the farm yesterday and find she has pulled a shoe :(

Argh - frustrating pony, I wanted to ride!

Matt wants to buy me new lingerei for our anniversary, and I’m just like “can you just give me money for Horse of the Year please.” :/

Seriously feel like absolute shit, no way in hell I’m going to try ride today.

First day at work tomorrow to learn the ropes, rather excited!

An hour at the gym, followed by yoga with mother. Back is feeling so good now!

Plus my new breeches arrived today and they are amazing! I am so excited for the show next Sunday! Has been so long since I’ve competed.

I’m actually planning for my next event … after the one in 2 weeks.

Just sent in our entries for our first show in a very long time … needless to say I am slightly nervous.

Now to start packing for our holiday! So excited, have been feeling the need to get away for a while!

10 polo ponies done today.

One of them had massive ulcers on the inside of her cheeks due to a bitting problem. They had gotten infected and had caused periodontal disease, so as soon as I opened her mouth I nearly gagged.

Don’t think I’ll be able to get that smell off my hands or out of my nose for weeks.
